The Mostly Modern Festival is a brand-new summer festival celebrating the music of our time, and featuring the American Modern Ensemble, as well as the American Modern Orchestra, American Modern Choir, and guest ensembles each summer.

The festival also hosts the Mostly Modern Festival Institute, the educational component of the Mostly Modern Festival. offering a combination of intensive one-on-one instruction and professional performance experience. The institute is robust: more than 100 students & over 20 faculty members. The Institute is open to musicians 18 and older, and welcomes participants in all stages of their careers.
